1. Exchanges & Returns
We gladly offer exchanges or store credit for items purchased, if the product is in its original condition (unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached).
No refunds are offered, as we are a small boutique with limited stock.
If you choose an item of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference.
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the returned item, we will ship the replacement or store credit at our expense.
Some items are exclusive to our store and are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. Tailoring Program
Jackets and pants: $1,400.
A $200 in-store appointment fee is required for measuring and consultation. This amount is deductible from your total order if you proceed. If no order is placed, the $200 is non-refundable.
Small adjustments, like shortening sleeves or pants, are included. Additional adjustments are priced separately.
Upon receipt of your tailored items, we will take your measurements again to ensure proper fit. Please note: significant changes in body size between measurement and delivery may affect fit, as these are custom products.
3. Custom Orders
A 60% deposit is required when placing a custom order.
The remaining balance is due at delivery.
All custom products are made to order; minor fit adjustments are included as noted above.
4. Payment & Pricing
All prices are listed in USD.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay online, and Square in-store.
Discounts, promotions, and special offers must be redeemed at the time of purchase.
5. Additional Notes
We reserve the right to update these policies at any time; changes will be effective immediately upon posting.
